Facebook upload error

I keep getting an error when I try to upload. This is one of them:  

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

  Hi Heather, it looks like you may have had a weak internet connection when you were uploading. I will send you a ticket from the helpdesk so we can help you get your uploads completed.
