Importing Contacts

Every contact I imported went in to the coach contact.  Help.  What did I do wrong?

  Looks like they all got moved to Prospects now and no coaches or customers show up.

  It is still not corrected.  I still show no coaches or customers.  Should I do the import on that section again?

  Al, you have only imported your Facebook friends. This will automatically go into your Prospect list. When you import your Customer list from the COO, it will populate your customers. When you import your Coach Downline list from COO it will populate your Coaches list. :)

  Hello - How do we import a batch (.csv file) of prospective customers so that they don't get mixed in with customer contacts (as they aren't yet) or coaches. Thanks!
