Customer Lead Category

I'm curious if anyone is categorizing their customer leads as "prospects" or just adding them in to a separate "group".  Several of my customer leads are BB club members and haven't purchased a product yet so are they a customer?  Are they a prospect?  Should there be a separate category for "customer lead" to keep track of our correspondence?  What does the Teamzy community say?

  This is a good question. BB calls them Customers so Teamzy brings them in as Customers, too. Maybe they should be a subgroup of Customers? We are open to what this community suggests!

  I like the idea of a subgroup under customers for "customer leads".  It helps differentiate between those that we self-generate and those that BB assigns to us as leads.  Thanks!

  I agree with Liz.  It would be very helpful to have a subgroup called "customer leads".
