changing contacts
I have several contacts that are wrong. I need to change them to either customers or coaches, instead of prospects. I have no idea how to do this. I was told that this website would be easy, even for us computer illiterate folks, but so far I'm not finding that to be true. It took me 2 hours to set this up and so far I'm an hour into my power hour and all I've done is try to figure out why I'm getting prospects who are coaches & customers already. #frustrated I wanted to love this because so many people on our team do!

Hi Elizabeth, sorry your frustrated! Hopefully I can be of help. Go to their contact record by searching them in the look up bar, or by scrolling on the Team page. When you look to the right, under their name, you'll see 3 buttons. (See the image) Prospect, Customer, Coach. Click the group you want them in and they will be moved there! By the way, we want you to love it, too!

Related question...mine were also duplicated when I imported them, which it said it wouldn't duplicate but it did. In fact, a couple of people I had 3 separate contacts show up for 1 individual. I deleted the extras as Melissa mentioned above. However--I have 0 consultants under me so far...but it keeps listing that I need to follow-up with 4 consultants daily. I went back through all of my contacts & changed them to be either customer or prospect...but it still shows up on my dailies. Not sure how to fix this. Suggestions Teamzy?
