    Hi Elizabeth, sorry your frustrated! Hopefully I can be of help. Go to their contact record by searching them in the look up bar, or by scrolling on the Team page. When you look to the right, under their name, you'll see 3 buttons. (See the image) Prospect, Customer, Coach. Click the group you want them in and they will be moved there! By the way, we want you to love it, too!

    Elizabeth - the other thing that might be happening is that a Facebook contact was brought in as a prospect AND that same person was imported from COO as a customer?  I've run into that and just deleted the prospect record from Teamzy.

    Related question...mine were also duplicated when I imported them, which it said it wouldn't duplicate but it did. In fact, a couple of people I had 3 separate contacts show up for 1 individual. I deleted the extras as Melissa mentioned above. However--I have 0 consultants under me so far...but it keeps listing that I need to follow-up with 4 consultants daily. I went back through all of my contacts & changed them to be either customer or prospect...but it still shows up on my dailies. Not sure how to fix this. Suggestions Teamzy?
