Unknown Contacts uploaded
This is odd but as I was going through my connect list I was trying to find the people in my COO. The first 10 I tried to find were not listed as my customers. Any idea how this happened? What am I missing?
I have 3CBC's but only uploaded from my first. I did not upload from FB

So we can better help you, are you saying there were names on your dashboard that were not on the files you imported? (This is not possible). Or are you saying that there were names missing that should have imported? Can you share a few of the names so we can investigate? Also, if you'd like to do this privately, create a Help ticket by clicking on the Help button on the bottom right hand side of all pages inside Teamzy.

I'm not sure what I could have done but when I click on customers in the dashboard there are people there who I can't find on my customer list.
I am not saying there are names missing... I am saying there are contacts that I don't know where they came from. I uploaded coaches and customers from 1CBC. I don't think I ever did my secondary business centers. I will send some names. -

I am so sorry. My mistake. I had my assistant upload from my other business centers and that is why I couldn't find them. I was looking for them in the wrong business center.
With that said- holy cow what an amazing system. I have been such a mess with keeping up with all of the leads sent through BB (obviously by this post). This is such a game changer that will give me the opportunity to add value to so many more people. THanks so much! Sorry for the false alarm!
