When we schedule someone for follow up in a few days, do they actually pop back up on our dashboard in a few days?  Or do we have to keep track of that on our own, for example, by putting  reminder in a Google calendar?

  Kendra, they will pop back up on your dashboard! In your Up Next Module, the 4th tab is Follow Ups. This is where you'll find them. You can also go to the Team Page, click on Upcoming Follow Ups to see your entire list.

  Hi, would you be able to include a "custom" date options for follow-ups. The listed options are great, but sometimes I need to follow-up with someone on a specific day. It would be nice to have a calendar pop up or a way to enter a specific date.
