Merging Contacts

Since most of our customers are also our Facebook friends a way that we could merge the two lists together. As right now I am getting duplicates on mine. One from my Facebook list and one from my customer list.

  Hi Gabrielle, this will definitely happen to everyone on their initial set up. The best way to handle it is to just delete the duplicates from Facebook while you are ranking your contacts. 

  We do plan to build a de-duping tool at some point in the near future. For now, you'll have to do a little clean up but it will be worth it when you are up and running with Teamzy!

  Barrie, I understand completely what Gabrielle means.  Sometimes, people on FB have different names from what they put on their Team BeachBody accounts.  And other times, one profile of a client can have unique info from the other.  So being able to merge contacts and have all the info in one place would be great

  Love that when import, duplicates are filtered out.  However, it would be ideal to have the duplicates merge with one another.  For example, I imported my FB friends and then my csv file from phone.  Problem is Kate is only listed from FB account and non of her details from the csv file populated so now I will have to add her phone and email manually to Teamzy.  This is an issue and I know can be coded due to other databases I have used
