    From the upload logs that I have, it looks like only the Index.htm file has been uploaded. Can you choose the Friends.htm file and try uploading that one? Let me know if that doesn't work out for you. I can also do the import for you if you'd like to get you started, just let me know.

    I can't either. I requested the data file from Facebook 13 hours ago and I've still not received an email with a link to download my data. I tried getting my Facebook contacts from google and the CSV file won't download to Teamzy now. So frustrated!

    That sucks! Can you try to request your data export request from Facebook again? Maybe that request will complete sooner.

    As for your other files your COO files both seem to have imported correctly (when I tried them). The other file I saw, yahoo_contacts.csv, seems to be empty of contacts. If you have another file that you'd like to try please feel free to send it to me directly at brian@teamzy.com and I'd be happy to take a look at it and get it imported for you.

    No, I cannot request another data export. It does not allow that option and shows that they are processing my request.
    As for the COO files, it always appears that they download and Teamzy says that your 63 contacts have been downloaded, but they are nowhere to be found in my dashboard. The only contacts that are visible are those that I have entered manually.

    Sorry about that it looks like those 63 contacts had their status set to deleted for some reason. I undid that and you should see those contacts now. I'll look into seeing if there's a bug in the app. Thanks!

    Mandi, I never received an email from Facebook when I did the download of my contacts to my Macbook Air.  It took well over an hour for the file to download.  Once it downloaded I went into the folder and found the Facebook.htm file.  That is the one you need to upload to Teamzy.  

    Check your downloads on whatever computer you're using and if it shows the FB one there, cancel it.  That should hopefully let you resubmit to have it download again.  At that time, let it completely download before closing your computer or shutting it down.  Hopefully this helps.
