Various Suggestions/Questions
I would like to be able to delete people from the "who's up next" section of the page... Sometimes I see that my bb customers who have clicked "do not contact" have popped up, and I would prefer not to have to work around so much to get that done. Or, if a coach shows up in prospects list because they are imported through the fb list, I would like to be able to delete them from that group when they pop up, etc. =)
When is there going to be a mobile app? I haven't tried this before on my phone, but it does not seem like it would be super mobile friendly as is.
I think it would be awesome for each customer/prospect/coach to have a section where we can put their goals/why so we can refer back to them easily to bring them up when we connect.
I think it would be great if we could sort people based upon program(s) they are interested in, so that if that challenge pack goes on sale, we can just click on the program and get a list of people we could contact individually to tell them about the sale.
I think it would be great, also, if we could track our shares - perhaps instead of having it suggest them to us by contacts, it could be something we could input, and then we could feed those people into the follow up system?
I think that is it for now...
I am still deciding if I want to subscribe, and the answers will help me choose... That and using it consistently to see if I get benefits to make it pay for itself!
I think I have more ideas/questions, these were just those that popped up for me today. =)

Tammy, the easiest way is to look them up in the look up bar at the top of the page. This will bring up their contact record where you can log a connect, take notes and set a follow up with them so they'll appear on the Follow Up tab of your upnext module.

Somehow we missed your post! These are great suggestions. I'll take a stab at answering them in order. :)
1. Currently, you can click on Details, then Go to Contact to delete them. (We tried to keep Up Next as simple as possible to help coaches stay focused on connecting.)
2. The mobile pages are under construction now and should release in the next couple of weeks.
3. It was our intention that you would use the Notes section of each person's record for this.
4. We love this idea and it's been suggested by other coaches, too.

For example...
Is there a way that follow ups can be an alert or something when there are some? Or fed into daily connects or something? Otherwise, I guess I just have to get into the habit of clicking all the way across. -
I can't seem to figure out how to choose a contact and add activity, coondcts, notes to them if they didn't pop up as a who's next. I've got some people that I invited to an upcoming challenge group through an event so I'm following up with them but can't figure out how to track this activity with the tool.
