Importing contact from FB

Hi, I just found this site and would like to have an opportunity to try it out before the beta testing is done next week. I am trying to upload my facebook contacts per the video but everytime I try the page comes back saying
THIS WEBPAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE

HELP! What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

  Hello,

  I am also having this same problem as Jessica Parker has stated. It will load 2% and then say that this page is no longer available. I have no clue what to do to make it stop doing this.

  I'm trying to import my contacts.  When I try to select the file it doesn't do anything.  I've been trying to stop the video and see exactly what you are doing.  I just can't get it to import my file.

  Hi!  One thing that would be SUPER awesome for when you import Facebook Contacts is to EXCLUDE the "removed friends" section of that friends.htm list.  I have HUNDREDS of contacts who either I have removed or they have removed me (womp womp) so we are not actually connected on FB any more, so having them in my Temzy list is a waste of time.

  I'm having this same problem!!  Of it saying webpage can not be displayed at this time when trying to import my FB friends

  Kristen Flinn, I'll connect with you through our Customer Service portal. This error usually has to do with your Internet or computer speed at the time.

  I have contacted customer service and I'm also having this problem. Website is no longer available. Is there an easy fix?

  Hi Wendy, we'll work with you through your customer service ticket. There are instances where if you have a very large file, and your internet speed is not great that day, the site can time out. Usually, you can try it again, or we can upload it for you from our end.

  Please help,  

  I keep getting an error message at about the 48% mark of the fb contact download process.  I have tried about 10 times and i keep getting this message.
