Follow up vs Default
Just want to confirm - If I don't set a specific date for a follow up, the system will cue the person into the next default date in accordance with the star ranking....correct?

Kari, yes. It will automatically bring them back into your Up Next module based on their rank: 5 Stars = 30 days, 4 Stars = 60 days, 3 Stars = 90 days, 2 Stars = 120 days. 1 Star ranks have no default follow up set.

I'm a little frustrated with the follow up feature. If you use the default, it doesn't let you know when that will be. When have used the default and then you look at that contact again later on it shows the follow up as "none". It would be nice if it showed you when they will pop up again in the feed, or better yet, if you could define your defaults.

(1 Star ranks have no default follow up set.) This way you will stay systematically in touch with all your relationships an nobody falls through the cracks. When you need to, set a custom follow up to complete a sale or invitation.

Just to confirm... when using the default follow up, even though it says 'none' when I pull the contact back up, it's still set for the default follow up, right? I know Nancy mentioned this but I want to make sure because it worries me that it says 'none'. I've been setting custom dates until now so I hadn't noticed it before.
