No Email from Facebook

Hello! I have watched the Import from Facebook video several times and followed the directions, but I have yet to receive an email from Facebook. I've done the Start Archive Now part at least 7 times...typed in my password, but I have no email from Facebook. I WAS able to import my COO contacts with no problem. Do you have any thoughts on this?

  Here is the complete list of instructions for Facebook imports: 

  To Import your Facebook Friends:
  Go to Facebook (on a computer not the mobile app)
  From the drop down menu on the top right of the screen, select Settings
  On the Settings page, Click Download a Copy of your Facebook data and complete the instructions given.
  When you receive your archive from Facebook, it will be a Zipped Folder
  Save the Zipped Folder to your desktop
  Double-click the zipped folder to unzip it
  Open the now unzipped folder and you'll find a folder inside called HTML
  Open the HTML folder and look for a file called Friends.htm
  Save the Friends.htm file to your desktop
  Go now to Teamzy
  Go to Team page
  Click Import
  Select Import Contacts
  Click the Browse/Select File button and select your Friends.htm file
   
  What to do if you are having trouble getting your Facebook archive from Facebook:
  1. A lot of coaches are finding the email from Facebook has gone into their SPAM folder. Double-check there first.
  2. Make sure the email address you have associated with your Facebook account is current
  3. Go to Facebook on your desktop and choose Report a Problem from the drop down menu. Let them know it's not working for you.
  4. Request your archive again. (Even if you've done it a few times already.)
  I know it's frustrating that Facebook doesn't always make this easy. But hang in there it will be worth it to get that list into Teamzy!

  In our experience, sometimes the archive email comes right away from Facebook, sometimes it's taken up to 48 hours. We've also seen empty archives with no data in them. Unfortunately, we don't have control over this process at Facebook. However, with a little persistence, we have found that you can always get the archive after a few a tries. As of now, have you received it from Facebook?

  Hey Wend, did you ever get your answer?
  I usually never get the email for the archive download; I just go back to the same page with the "start my archive" button, and when the download is ready, it'll show a new button: "Download my archive"

  I have not been able to do this either. I've tried multiple times. Letting my trial end. :(

  Renee, when you go back into the "start my archive" section on FB, does the button still say "start my archive"? After a couple of hours or so, it should say "download my archive"... Regardless if you've gotten the "now ready" email from FB or not.

  Was anyone able to figure this out? I"ve tried several time and still have never received and email from facebook.  Nor does the button ever change to say "download my archive" HELP! I really love teamzy but it doesn't serve me if I can't import these contacts.

  Hi Jackie, we have a 100% success rate getting archives from Facebook. :) Click the Help button at the bottom right inside Teamzy to request help from our support desk. We will definitely be able to help!
