Importing FB file

I have requested file from FB 5 times...I've received confirmation email of request, but still no file and it's been at least 2 weeks! Anyone else experiencing this?

  Facebook has been doing something a bit differently for some users lately. Request your archive from Facebook again. Now wait 5-10 minutes and go back to your Settings page in Facebook and click Download my Archive. Sometimes on the next page you'll see "Download" instead of "Request". Click that and see if it downloads immediately for you. Usually you don't have to wait for the email.
