importing facebook information

Help me please!  I have filled out 2 tickets.  I can't upload the file from my computer.  The firewall appears ok and I don't use a proxy setting.  I have filled out tickets without a response.  Help!!

  I think that I am having trouble unzipping and uploading my friends html.  Help anyone????

  I'm having the EXACT same issues!! The only tip I've had was to make sure everything in FB was set to English, but it is. So idk.

  Try unzipping the file and then uploading it. That's the only other thing I can think of to do.
