How to stop getting duplicates

    I have found the same problem- and it occurs often when people who are already members pop up as people to connect with... I haven't figured out a way to deal with this.  Any ideas would be great!

    Cassie and Josh, the only explanation for this is, if their name is exactly the same, is that they are using a different email address in the back office. Teamzy filters for email address and name. If you can send a couple of examples to the Help Desk, they can look into the specifics and double-check.

    Thanks Barrie. I just looked and the ones with facebook don't have email addresses attached but the name is spelt identical. Do I just send a few names to the Help Desk or take pictures to show the duplicates?
