How to stop getting duplicates
I have a problem getting so many duplicates when I import my new Beachbody customers because I already have those people as "prospects" and their name is the same spelt exactly right so why doesn't TeamZy catch those? I get a lot of customers so I prefer not to add them in manually especially since I manually add in my Facebook contacts daily. Importing customers once a month is what I do but then I get duplicates since I was already Facebook friends with them.

Cassie and Josh, the only explanation for this is, if their name is exactly the same, is that they are using a different email address in the back office. Teamzy filters for email address and name. If you can send a couple of examples to the Help Desk, they can look into the specifics and double-check.
