Import from scentsy

I followed the steps to import from my Scentsy workstation but when I get to the part where I Save As, I don't have the "comma separated value .csv" option. I have 3 other .csv options:

CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)

CSV (macintosh)(*.csv)

CSV (MS-DOS)(*.csv)

but none of them work. What do I do?
