I would like to change all my contact from 3 to 2 at one time. Is this an option?

  Hi Shawnda,

  The only way to change an entire group's ranking is to do it while importing the list. Once the file is uploaded, there is an option to enable Advanced Import. This allows you to change their rank and add tags at import.

  You could re-import your list and do this and it will effectively change their rank without creating duplicates. 

  OR, you can go to the Team page, toggle rank mode, and power through your list. :)
