importing my contacts

Hi there.

I have been trying to import contacts from bb.com and from facebook on multiple occasions and I have to say that this is very difficult and I cannot figure out how to do it all.  I have some contacts but not all and cannot figure out how to export my bb.com contacts.  This is the sole reason that I am thinking of cancelling my membership.  I am paying for something I cannot use despite all the tutorials I have watched and times I have tried to get it done.  Very very frustrating
