Tracking Conversations

What is the best way to track conversations? I start them usually in the morning and they usually go back and forth all day. Should I wait until the end of the day and copy and paste? It doesn't look very clean but I did that last night and it took me almost an hour. :(

However, I feel like if I hit the connect right away and just kept editing, that would take me the same amount of time.

Whats the most efficient way?

This is a great tool for someone like me, the highly disorganized :)

I am on a trial but want it to work well to continue

Am looking for the same suggestion. If I wait I tend to forget so I've been doing it when I start the convo.

after I copy and paste and then hit connect. I can't see the conversation. How do I find all the convos I copy and pasted??

Kelli, to find the conversation with someone, look them up in the look up bar. Once you are on their contact record, click on Activity Feed to see the conversations. Click on any past Connect to edit it.
