cancel subscription

Hello,

 

I am wanting to cancel subscription.  Can you please walk me through the process?

  Crystal, you go to Settings, then Billing, then click Cancel Subscription.

  i just tried to follow these steps, but can't find the cancel subscription button.  it does not seem to exist on the page where you select a plan.

  Hi Meredith! You are in a free trial, there is no way to cancel it, it will simply expire when its 30 days runs out. 😊
