Tags from Dashboard

I love the new feature of adding tags for people. 

However, when I'm doing the follow ups, I click in DASHBOARD, and start going down the list that Teamzy gives me. And in the box on the right I have CONNECT, ACTIVITY, DETAILS, and NOTES. But I am not able to tag someone from there. 

Can we have an extra button for tags from the dashboard?
