facebook imports

The download email I received from FB is my posts and pictures...did I mess up somewhere along the way? 

 

I havenot downloaded it as I want to make sure I download contacts not posts...please advise💚

  Carine, all is well. Your Facebook download will have tons of data you won't need. There is one file in there that you will upload into Teamzy. Here are the instructions:

  When you receive your archive from Facebook, it will be a Zipped Folder
  Save the Zipped Folder to your desktop
  Double-click the zipped folder to unzip it
  Open the now unzipped folder and you'll find a folder inside called HTML
  Open the HTML folder and look for a file called Friends.htm
  Save the Friends.htm file to your desktop
  Go now to Teamzy
  Go to Team page
  Click Import
  Select Import Contacts
  Click the Browse/Select File button and select your Friends.htm file
