Tracking conversations

I would definitely love an easier way to log in (track) the conversations instead of copying and pasting into that box the entire conversation. Also when they contact me, there should be an option or place to put in their initial contact/response. Also another thing that would help is perhaps a reminder of the follow ups for that day. Some days I'm not able to get through all my follow ups and the list gets long. If I could get just a list of names as a notification for just that day that would be awesome!
