Reloading Customers?

I have had a couple of coaches quit since starting with Teamzy and their customers have rolled up to me.  I have not found a way to disseminate their customers from mine within the Coach Online Office.

Is there a way to load my customers here again and will the system recognize only the new names without duplicating the hundreds of customers already loaded?
