Is there a way you can allow us to choose some default settings to make logging in some of this information a bit faster?

 

One example - when I click "contact", I have to manually choose which type of contact and since I do 99.9% of my biz through FB messenger, is there a way I could choose that as my default (or have it automatically default TO that, and allow me to manually switch if I need)?

 

Another suggestion is to have ALL boxes/buttons to check instead of a combo of dropdowns & boxes.  For efficiency, it's a lot easier to get in the habit of checking boxes for each field vs pulling down.

  I agree - the ability to set a default communication type (Facebook Messenger) or whatever your preferred method of communication is - would be awesome. If I am messaging 40 people back to back, it would speed up the process to be able to set a default. 

  OR if you can get an open API with Facebook so that we can push the message from FB right into Teamzy that would be AWESOME - but we know that is not likely to happen :)
