Pipelines

Is there any way to create pipelines like in Streak.  So with new BB leads/customers we can move them through certain stages like a new welcome email, connecting on FB, inviting to challenge group, giving value, etc etc.  Same with PS coaches and moving them through different stages as they go through the business.
