I have tried for over 2 weeks to get my data from Facebook and they still haven't sent it.  I know it said it can take up to 7 days, but now my trial is more than half over and I haven't been able to use it to it's full potential.  Are there any tips on how to get the Facebook thing faster?  I've made sure my info is current in Facebook and checked my Spam folder as well.  Thanks!

  Alyson, request your archive again. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, go to Facebook and "Report a Problem." You've already checked your SPAM folder which is what happens 99.99% of the time. So you should get it right away. 

  When you do get it, send a help desk ticket through the Help button in Teamzy and let us know, and we'll restart your trial for you.

  I know it's been frustrating, but it will be worth it!
