Follow ups
Is there anyway the follow ups can be put into the prospect category so we don't have to go to a separate tab and they just show up as who we need to talk to that day? Thanks!

Lindsey, the reason they are in a separate tab is because it's important to separate your prospecting from your follow up. The tabs are in the order of importance to your business. The most important activity you can do as a business owner each day is to initiate NEW conversations with prospects.
You're right, that it would be a bit simpler to have just one list, but it would be misleading as we might think we did all we need to do today when we haven't done our prospecting. Make sense?
