Pending sales

Would it be possible to add a feature where if you're talking to a potential customer, you can log in what programs you recommended to them? 

It would be great if there was a section within here where you can see everyone that you're currently talking to about programs OR if that program goes on sale in the future.  

For example if Piyo goes on sale next month, it would be great to pull up everyone that I recommended Piyo to before to follow up now that it's a promo.
