Importing lists multiple times

Once we make the initial import of Facebook friends, BB Customers, BB Coaches, do we have to manually add each additional contact each time or can we say in a month do a fresh import of any newly added contacts we may have?

Will this cause duplicate contacts and erase all messages that had been previously saved or will the import only add the new contacts?

  I'm happy to let you all know that if you import a list into Teamzy that contains a name (exact spelling) that already exists in Teamzy, then Teamzy will ignore it, thus not importing it again and not creating a duplicate.  So, yes you can import lists again in the future without creating duplicates!
