Problem Importing Facebook conacts

Hello!  In addition to my problem that all my facebook contacts imported as coaches, it didn't import their facebook link. There's a field in Teamzy for it, but it didn't import.  I'd love to be able to click on their name, Details, then the FACEBOOK link and have it bring me to their profile so I can see a bit about them before I message.

It seems this is something that went wrong in the import phase. Right? Or is this something we have to manually enter? (gasp)

  Hi Susan,

  I'll have our tech team look into how your facebook contacts came in as coaches. They should have imported as prospects.

  As for your second question, we originally programmed Teamzy to import the Facebook links, but Facebook has changed their security and will not allow us to export those links anymore. If you want those links, you will have to manually copy them in. However, we find that it's pretty easy and efficient to simply have Facebook open in a second tab and tab back and forth while working in Teamzy.
