Update converstations

Is there a way to update conversations without it being added to a daily contact? I want my contact counter to count new interactions only, but still be able to keep track of conversations I have that are on going for a few days.

  Brittany, doing this is pretty easy. Look that person up in the look up bar. Go to their record, then their Activity feed. Click Edit on the Connect where you initiated the conversation, and paste the rest of the conversation in there. :)

  Hi Preston, it's really up to you. We typically say that you can go back to the original connect and paste in the whole conversation to keep it in the record. However, it's more important to keep connecting and following up. So, if you have to choose about recording past conversations and initiating new one, keep on connecting!
