Ranking System
First of all I want to say that this website is AWESOME! I am very new to it but would like to be able to make the rating my own as in, I think we should be able to create the ledger as to what each star means. I don't want to rate them based on referrals. (I can see that it would be beneficial in the real estate industry) I would probably use the following rating system: 1 star - someone that isn't interested at the moment, 2 star - interested but not yet committed, 3 star - either signed up for a TBB account and made a non SC point purchase. 4 star - Purchased a CP, 5 star - signed as a coach.

I am confused as to why i am getting the same names pop up in my prospects list to contact. I have over 2,000 contacts and was hoping that teamzy would help me reach people I wouldn't normally think to reach but it seems like the same names are being contacted over and over. Is there something wrong with the way I ranked them?
