Star Rating Follow Up Times

Hi, I remember seeing how often someone is brought back up to contact according to each star rating but I can't seem to find it. Where do I find this or would you mind posting it here? Thank you :)

  Hi Katelin,

  5 Stars come onto the dashboard every 30 days, 4 Stars come on every 60 days, 3 Stars come on every 90 days, 2 Stars every 120 days and 1 stars do not have a default follow up time set.

  If you put them in rank mode, there is a little ? above the top of the list. If you click the ? it will show you what the rankings mean.
