Hi! I am still learning, and didn't see this, so I thought I would ask. How do people use the "Add to Groups" option? What kind of Groups? Is this a way to filter, by say, Clean Eating challengers, 21 Day Fix Prospect.....etc? or is there a different use for that?

  Using groups is now MUCH easier in Teamzy. Instead of groups, you'll just use tags. Create tags for contacts right on their contact record. Every tag will automatically become a group. You can even sort your list on the Team page by the tags you created!

  You can create a group of any type: Moms, veterans, December Challenge Group, etc. Once you've created a group, it's super easy to send emails to the group, to connect and grab their contact information. Also, contacts can belong to multiple groups.

  Are there instructions for this feature?  I am having some trouble figuring it out so I think I'm doing something wrong. I want to create a group for everybody I sent a Facebook event invite to so that I can track and follow up with them.

  Tammy, click on the Team tab, then under Groups, click +New Group. Once the group is created, look up the people you want to add to the group, in their Details, scroll to the bottom, select the group you created and add them to the Group by clicking the +.

  I tried Barrie T's suggestion, but after I type my name for the group NOTHING happens when I press return. I did submit a help ticket ... is this just a glitch?

  Sara, instead of pressing Return, click on the blue "+" button to the right of the name.

  Is there a way to add an entire imported list to a group?  aka -- I want to know where my contacts came from (linkedin vs. facebook, etc).

  That's my question too.  I have over 10K contacts and I need to upload specifically to a group so I know where they came from.

  I would love to see an easier way to categorize who is going into what challenge groups and clean eating groups. A place I could easily click on the tab and there is a list of all their names and email addresses. That way I could quickly copy and paste them over to my challenge tracker app or send an email to all of the participants.
