I just finished two days (and by finished I mean not completed haha) and my connections the next day still reflect what it was the day before. Is this showing I need to finish the day before's missed before it will reset for a "new" day? 

Also, it seems every day I need to go and uncheck my dailies, so I can check them off?

Am I missing some sort of 'daily reset' setting somewhere? =-s

  Karla, try logging out and then logging back in. That should reset everything.

  I just set up my account so not fully skilled on program yet, but it seems on dashboard it is not letting me choose who I want to contact... the prospects it is populating there are not the ones I want to call first.  I can find that person under my prospects... but the format is different and I cannot record my connect the same way as I can in my dashboard.  Basically as I get started, I need to be able to search my prospects and record my connects and have it both record that activity and count toward my goals.   Right now it seems I can only add notes, not record the connect.  Am I missing something?

  Hi Shayla, your Up Next list populates based on the Star Ranking you give each person. Your 5 star people will show up first. You can look anybody up in the look up bar to bring up their record. To log a connect from the contact record, click on the blue "Connect" box and you'll see that connect area open right up. :)
