Hi, while in the dashboard I sent messages to customers, prospects and coaches. But noticed today that the messages I've sent to my coaches they are not receiving and i am linked to my FB. Am I missing something?

  Hi Darleny, with recent changes to Facebook's permissions, it's not possible to send messages directly from Teamzy. We recommend you keep Facebook open in a separate tab. Send your message in Facebook, copy and paste it into Teamzy so it's recorded.

  how do i go from prospects to customers to coaches?

   

  the only option i have is to send messages to prospects. When i click on the other 2, it says to add contacts but i cant. 

   

  Also i sent them as a  Facebook message,  but when i go to Facebook and checked the messages, and even their page, there is no message. Where did the message go when i sent it?

  Glenda, on the FB messages, Teamzy doesn't actually send them for you.  It's more just to log how you connected with them (ex. FB message, text, in person, etc).  In order to connect with someone via FB, you have to actually do it through FB itself.

  Right now, the only connect feature that Teamzy is integrated with is Gmail.  If you have your Gmail account linked, then Teamzy will send the email for you.  All other connects have to be copy/pasted into Teamzy and then labeled with how you sent it.
