emailing through the system

i guess this would be similar to my question about messaging through the system. if i hit the drop down and select email shouldn't the email be sent directly through the system instead of emailing through the provider then coming back to the app to make the note?

  That would be awesome, and we are looking at that as a feature enhancement.

  I set myself up as a contact and tried an email, but I haven't received it yet... so not sure how it all works yet...

  Karla, did you sync up your Gmail account first? You can do this under Settings or on the Promote page.
