Changing Default Follow Up

    Elyse, thank you for your suggestion. The default times are set for keeping in touch. You can set up custom follow ups when you need to follow up more frequently. Then these follow ups will be listed in order by due date on your dashboard. Click the Follow Up tab to work this list.

    I also need an ability to change the default followup times.  Part of the beauty of Teamzie is the workflow and automated nature.     Since I'm starting my business, I need to follow up with people more quickly and frequently.  I need to 1:1 connect with my current customers more than 1x per month. 

    By asking that we manually change every single follow up - you have lessened some of the beauty of the program.     1) It's additional time, clicks and steps    2) It's dependent on me to remember to do this every time.   3) I have to do to a different area to see that follow up. 

     This seems something that programming could resolve for us!!   Please reconsider this feature!!

    I agree!! I was just looking through the suggestions to see if anybody had mentioned this yet.  I need to follow up more than once a month and it is extra work to have to specify that individually with each person!

    I would LOVE my default follow up to be 3 days!!!  Then if I decided to I could change THAT to more infrequent times :)  PLEASE CONSIDER!

    Oh yes! I'm glad I'm not the only one! Clicking 2-3 days per follow up is something I keep forgetting to do and I feel like it's lessening the effectiveness of Teamzy! I have a fellow coach friend who didn't do this and she blew through her entire friend list in a month and she can't follow up by a list until it pops up again!

    Yes! I would love to be able to change the default follow-up times! For me, it would be great if I could set the 5-star rank to 4 days, the 4-star rank to 1 week, the 3-star rank to two weeks, etc. I already need to rank my list of contacts, but the beauty of Teamzy (for me) was to have that follow-up list auto-generated. If I have to manually enter a follow-up date for EVERY connect, Teamzy isn't going to be worth the money pretty soon.

    yes I'm looking to change my Default follow up times as well! I don't think someone who has a "5" priority should only be connected with every 30 days

    I agree! It would be great to set a different default follow up for each group of people (coaches, prospects and customers) and/or each star level. Any update as to whether this feature will be added?

    I completely agree with this! I have lost sales because the default follow up time was too far out.

    I agree 100% and I am now FREAKING OUT learning that it is 30 days!!!  I now have to go back into my history and scroll back to see who I have contacted in the last 30 days.  Ugh, I figured if I connected with them they would come back to my "Who's up next"  within a week tops.  30 days is ridiculously long.
