Customers: DO NOT CONTACT, don’t include, or quick tag feature #DNC
Facebook: Duplicates if they are customers, a page that shows when names are the same, so you can quickly choose to delete one or keep both
Tags – need to be able to search via tags (like #21DF, #invite, #FCEC)
Scroll bar while going through customers is annoying – would like to click on the letter of last name to go to that group of customers etc
Be able to see all people in specific ranks, sort by rank starts with 1 and doesn’t allow to sort largest to smallest, same with last contacted
Quicker way to update connects, plus I’ve updated them twice and it’s still going back to the default. Want to update/edit from the dashboard
Search customers with only email vs only phone vs address
Better delete function – next to name, select multiple
Way to tag ‘FB’ when loaded from FB, so we know if we’ve already connected w/our customers on FB (could utilize tags)
See all ‘prospects’ I’m getting ready to connect with. It currently limits it to 5
Calendar – in case I want to go back and look at a certain day.
Had 1 prospect listed 5 times as my next contact
How do I add their response? I added it as a ‘connect’ but then it messes with my dashboard numbers.

  Here's an update on your suggestions:

  1. Do Not Contacts will automatically be assigned 1 Star Rank so they don't come up on your Connect list.

  2. Duplicates are suppressed on import as long as the name (or email address) is the same.

  3. Tags have been implemented!

  4. Sort by Rank allows you to sort Largest to Smallest now.

  5. You can now change rank or delete someone from the dashboard.

  6. Delete is much easier now, from their record or the dashboard, just click the trash can icon

  7. Ability to import a list with Tags is coming in 2 weeks. ;)

  8. The error where you saw the same contact 5 times was corrected.

  9. Add the response by looking them up in the look up bar, then go to Activity Feed, click Edit on the original Connect and paste it in there.

  10. Tracking Invites has been added.

  Lindy, not everything on your list yet, but 10 so far!

  I love the ability to tag as an invite versus a general "connect", especially since our team teaches to track invites separately from messages.

  Yes! Tags are important as fat as programs.

  Also, the whole tracking invite thing is really important like Lindy said! That's part of how we are taught to do the BAT.

  The calendar to go back and reference the activity!

  All really great suggestions made above!!! I would for sure love to see a calendar option to be able to see which days I hit my goals and which days I didn't  so I can readjust and set new goals each month and really see how I am doing.
