1 Star Ranking - why?

1 star - someone you don't want to market to. If you don't want to market to them, why would they be on your list in the first place. Am confused with this ranking.

  Some examples of one star contacts might be customers from Beachbody who list Do Not Contact on their record or relationships whose contact info you want on hand, but aren't planning to market to. We agree with deleting any contacts you don't need. A database is meant to be kept clean and tidy!

  I questioned it, too -- I ended up just deleting them out of my contacts.

  I like the 1 Star. I would use it for people I want to contact later or people who said "Not right now". I would also use it for Discount Coaches so I stay in touch but don't bug them.

  I think it's the wording Tina may have issue with...
