Have you considered creating it so that you can expand your whole follow ups list for the day at once, that way if you are in a time crunch and you have an obscene amount of follow ups you can actually prioriitze and get to the most important first?

  Hi Joan, 

  We keep the Up Next list to 5 contacts so it's not overwhelming. However, you can work your entire follow ups list on the Team page. Go to Team, then click on Up Coming Follow Ups to work the entire list. 😜
