Facebook Contacts Missing

I am missing a significant amount of contacts that I uploaded from Facebook.  

 

Often I will type a name in the search bar, and there is no contact listed (friends that I have been friends with for YEARS aren't even showing up), so I use my "daily adds" in just adding current contacts.  Frustrating!

 

Any idea why this may be?

  Jessie, the only reason a contact will not import is if it is already in Teamzy or it was in Teamzy and has been deleted. I will open a help desk ticket so our Tech team can look into your import files. If you ever need immediate help, make sure you open a help ticket.
