Contacts from COO wont upload

Imports continue to go into error mode for customer file but my coach file loaded perfectly.  How do I get this corrected?

  Monica, try getting a fresh download from COO and upload it into Teamzy without opening the file at all. Sometimes when the COO files are opened they change format.
