Dashboard Options

I love that Teamzy tells me who to follow-up and connect with each day. However, sometimes I connect with people not listed in today's dashboard, but want to log that activity. How do I do that?

Also, although I'm just getting my business started and don't have a ton of customers and advocates yet, they are logged in Teamzy as such, but rarely ever show up on my dashboard to connect with. How come?
