Obtaining Facebook contacts

I requested the copy of my Facebook data on 7/18 & I've yet to receive it.  I know the video said it would take awhile but I feel like I'm not getting full use of my free trial... Will it help to follow up with Facebook or is there any other way to get this info uploaded?

  Hello! 

  It looks like Facebook has adjusted the way that some can pull information.
  Please try going back to your Facebook settings
  Select download a copy again
  This time you will notice it says Download my Archive in green (click there this time it should automatically trigger your download.)

  Let me know if it gives you anymore trouble and I can login and help.
