I'm getting emails saying sign up and subscribe.  Thought I had already subscribed when I initially signed up.

  Hi Jacquelyn, sorry for any confusion. Those are automatic emails that are sent while you are in a free trial. Our system can't see that you've subscribed until your first billing, which in your case is still a month away.
