Rescheduling Follow ups
It would be really helpful if we had the ability to set a different date to follow up, if we need to skip more than a week, without having to log a connect. If we were able to just click on the calendar and set the date to something other than the default and it would save on it's own, or there was an update button. As it is, the only way it seems to update that information is by logging a connect, which makes your numbers inaccurate. Thanks!

That doesn't really handle the request efficiently. I'm with Jocie, it would be much more efficient if I could reschedule a follow up while looking at it in the dashboard, in the actual follow up tab you don't even have an option to skip a week. Either that or allow us to scroll down the followup list to get to the next name on the list since you can only see 5 of them.

I agree. I work mostly from my phone, and currently the top five visible follow ups are people I need to text (they don't do email or messenger). It's midnight, so I don't want to text, but I would like to see the next 10-15 names so I can keep working with names I can message without disturbing at night. I also don't want to get out of bed to go to my desktop to do this. I think we need more flexibility with the app version.

Thanks for the feedback, Ladies. We will discuss your thoughts at our next design meeting. We programmed Teamzy so it would help folks stay on task with their follow ups and not be able to easily avoid connecting with "who's up next." That's why it drives you to connect on the dashboard. But as Lea pointed out, you have complete flexibility on the Team page. Also, the Team page is available on the mobile site. 😊
