Why do I have duplicates?

 I just imported from Pulse the two lists, exactly as shown in the video and not only did I end up with tons of duplicates, but I also had to manually delete several names that I had already deleted in prepping the file to be imported. I had to attempt to import a couple times because it wasn't working initially. So far I'm not seeing the time saver with Teamzy....

  Hi Emily! Sorry we didn't see your message. We often miss posts to the general boards as they're more geared toward user conversations. If you submit a ticket to us, we'll get it resolved in 24 hours. I'll have the tech team look into this. It should not have happened.
